OK, I think we're done now...

Trace Hale Cresap joined the circus at midnight on Monday night. Just made "tax day" baby status. 8 pounds, 8 ounces, 21". (Like anyone really cares about the stats other than the nurse with the clipboard.) He has a good strong yell, long fingers, and old-man style hair that makes him look like a baby bird when it is wet. Mom and baby are doing great. They're scheduled to check out of Balboa Naval Hospital Thursday morning.

So I realize that this isn't, and that I didn't take, a good "baby" shot. Apparently all those were videos. I'll get a couple of stills tomorrow and get those up. I would like to point out the rarity of this particular picture, however. Four Cresap boys, all within arm's reach of one another, and no one is actually fighting. About as common as a full lunar eclipse, so make a note of the moment.

Tal's 7th Birthday

Tremendous Birthday

Tremendous is the new word I'm using to describe my current shape. It's nicer than, "You're a whale!" as one friend put it. You know they are a truly loved friend when they can get away with comments like that. But I can't really blame her, lately I've been walking into rooms and I get "Oh!" and "Wow!" before people seem to be able to help themselves. Oh well, as I always say about pregancies--it's a temporary situation.
