Thanks again to the Schauerhamers for giving us our first experience with homemade gingerbread houses! Gianetta gave me the recipe and it was not as hard as I thought it'd be. You roll the dough out on a foil-lined greased sheet just like bar cookies. Half-way through the baking you cut out the pattern--so fuss free! I loved the meringue frosting that looked so much like snow. Thanks for the new tradition guys!
