This is a long overdue post to highlight what great guests Kate and Caleb were over Christmas. How many of your guests make house improvements for you? They have much experience and talent in the tile department. The lady at Lowes saw Kate taking me through the aisles and said, "You realize that the professionals will charge you $80 a square foot?" After three days I began to see why. Thanks for all the education and hard work guys. We LOVE it!!!

Oh My Gorgeous!!! Way to go all of you. Kate is a Master Tiler and Caleb is great support. Reminds me of some house guest we use to have all the time that constantly improved our home...hint: Clint & Sarah, and Kate & Caleb & Joey (before Katie) and Mike, & Victoria (Before Mike) and Dad & Mom Hale. What a Fantastically talented family we have!!!
really, caleb and clint did all the technical stuff and sarah and i just stuck stuff to the walls. we had fun! i think it looks great sarah. and i'm thinkin' with a warmer tan or brown paint on the walls it will look even better. . .thanks again for hosting us! we are still thinking of what we want to use your gift card for, i'll let you know. :) you guys are awesome.

Thanks to Wendy's house projects - a lot of her younger siblings are talents at such things. So, we should thank the old rock house I guess.
